3. Low energy consumption - - - Different drying methods have different energy consumption index, the general thermal efficiency of conductive drying can reach 100% in theory, convective drying can only be about 70%.
4. Save investment - --- to complete the same function of the drying device, sometimes its cost difference, should choose the lower one.
5. Low operating costs - - depreciation of equipment, energy consumption, labor costs, maintenance costs, spare parts costs.. Electric blast drying box and other operating costs should be as low as possible.
6. select the drying device with simple structure, adequate supply of spare parts, high reliability and long service life.
7. meet the environmental requirements, good working conditions and high safety.
8. It is better to do the drying experiment of the material before selecting the type. It is helpful to know the drying equipment (advantages and disadvantages) of the similar material.
9. do not rely entirely on past experience, focus on new technologies and listen to experts' opinions.
